Bug hunt!

Discover a new bug and, as thanks, GH Software will give you a 100 license unit key to DomainScan Pro.

Terms and conditions
  • The bug must be found in the present release of DomainScan Pro.

  • The bug must be new (see known bugs) – but please don’t hesitate to send your findings if you’re in doubt.

  • There is only one reward per bug. The first to submit will receive the reward

  • Typos and grammatical errors in the help is not included in this giveaway.

  • Situations that occur due to wrong usage do not count as a bug. However, there can be situations where the logic in the program (or in the help) more or less invites one to change settings so that one may experience a bug-like situation. Such a scenario will count as a bug.

How to submit a bug

Send a mail to GH Software that describes the bug and how one can reproduce the bug (you’re welcome to send a screenshot)
Furthermore please state which edition and version of DomainScan that you’re using.

GH Software will then determine if the bug can be reproduced. If not, then GH Software will start an email conversation with the submitter in order to figure out what the bug is.

If a new bug is found, and it falls under the terms of the giveaway, then the submitter will be contacted in order for GH Software to collect the information that is needed in order to create a license key to the submitter.
